Guest Conduct & Liability

Guests are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and considerate manner at all times, ensuring the comfort, safety, and privacy of fellow guests and members of the Belhaven Homestay team. Any damage caused to the property, furnishings, or equipment through negligence or misuse will be the financial responsibility of the guest concerned. Belhaven Homestay reserves the right to request the departure of any guest whose behaviour is deemed disruptive or in violation of these policies, without obligation of refund.
