Cancellation & Refunds

Guests who need to cancel or modify a reservation are kindly requested to notify Belhaven Homestay at the earliest opportunity, as cancellation terms and applicable refund amounts may vary depending on the booking channel and timing of the request. Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within a reasonable period through the original payment method. No-shows or late cancellations may be subject to a retention charge as communicated at the time of booking.
